I have this skin rashes on hand from last few days .There are 2 3 lessons on hand,i am feeling irritation .Any recommendation on what to use?

W.Salam Mam The lessons is lighten up and i am not having any irritation now .There are 2 3 lesions vary in size on my hand only .In light i can clearly see small bump and colour change . I am healthy with no medical history. Do i need an ointment or medication for it?
