Skin Rashes , Scabies , Irritating

I had suffered from severe Skin Rashes . it is very irritating and appeared from last month . Is there any cure for ghis type of skin Rashes. Took Ebastine 20 mg but no improvement occur. Also Ebastine causes constipation. photos are attached
