Can i take Glutathione capsules for skin whitening?? Having a really bad sun tan and pigmentation.
Sun tan and pigmentation is better treated with sun protection cream with spf 50-60. You can use skin lightening creams along with this. Glutathione wouldn’t help a great deal.
