Skin Tiny Bumps

Question

Sir I have a problem. Mere chest aur neck per ye tiny bumps hain. Skins per white yellowish dry and wet pimples bhi hain. Bal tot b jatay hain beard kai. Jis jaga sai skin ko pop krein to wahan sai yellowish material bahar ata hai. Please suggest me kia mujha Isotretinon khana chahiye?

isotretinoin is very strong medicine n have side effects..do not take it with being in consultation with dr.
u can use brevoxyl cream for 6 weeks little amount twice a day...but plz follow up with dermatologist
