Talk to Dermatologist on Sporotrichosis

I think i have sporotrichosis which i search on internet as i have multiple ulcers on my legs and feets, which first started by severe itching and after that on that area a small mosquito bite kind of rash appear and after some days eventually an ulcer please tell me what should i do for this?. I want to share wound pics but as i upload them they doesn't appear on the site i don't know why.
