I have subungual warts since some years but now they are becoming painful what should I do any medicine or guide if these are dangeruos
Since this is a viral infection there is no medicine for its treatment. It is treated either with cautery or cryotherapy or both the treatment is combined. However if the infection has gone under the nail, then the nail plate is removed first by surgical methods.

yes. without removing it treatment is impossible. But the thing is, I haven't examined you and I am not sure what you have. It's quite possible that your don't have subungle. just the nail folds are involved.
