I recently had video consultation with a dermatologist on marham app, she said I should take chemical peeling 1st and then start the medicins for a month,..dr. Kindly btaiyega peeling will be good enough for that problem?

You have severe acne and needs regular medication and follow up. One time online review medication or part time medication will not cure the disease rather it will increase the chances of worsening and scarring. Chemical peel is not compulsory but beneficial if done along with medication. Medication without peel is sufficient.
