Attached pic.I am having these tiny pimple on my both cheeks same like this i get pimple only on cheeks my forehead is clean and below lils area is aslo clean i had acne since i was 16 year old whenever i get rid of acne it come again and it’s continued please suggest me medicine and oil free moisturizer please dont ask for consultation suggest me here

Walaikum us Salam use acdermin gel very little amount on pimples only at night
Use beuwell tea tree face wash
And neuage moisturizer is oil free but don't use yet until ur pimples are cured
Avoid chocolates nuts, coffee, eggs for some time
