i am having tiny bumps on face from 1 year, colored like my skin color, no itching, no redness in them. Noticing an increase in them in this summer season. Using Melona R at night on a doctor's prescription. Kindly tell are these closed comedones or clogged pores? what should be the treatment?

These tiny bumps are white heads or closed comedones. They increase in summer because of increase sebum production in summer that can clog pores. Choose non comedogenic products whenever u buy sunblock, moisturiser or face cream. Kindly consult to discuss and evaluate the skin to suggest the treatment https://www.marham.pk/online-consultation/dermatologist/gujranwala/dr-asma-idrees-42886

Use both 2% salicylic acid face wash (every night to alternative nights depending upon your skin tolerance) and adapco gel (alternative days to daily depending upon skin tolerance) if u have v oily skin and clogged pores. Use non comedogenic moisturizer (to prevent drying from adapco gel n SA) and sunblock with spf atleast 40+ as well.

Assalamualikum. How are you? I am using Adaplene alternative nights since 1 month, gentle metafil cleanser and sunblock. (I also visited a dermatologist in person).. Also, I followed a very slow start for alite Facewash (salicylic acid facewash). Still, when I use alite Facewash, my skin feels burning sensation, dryness tightness & redness (my skin type is sensitive). what could be the reason? and what should I follow now?

Thank you for your question. History and physical examination play a pivotal role in reaching a clinical diagnosis and providing the best management. I strongly suggest booking an appointment for a consultation. I'll be happy to see you in person or tele consultation. Thank you.
