Talk to Dermatologist on Too Much Hairfall

I have too much hair fall since 1 year .elocpia type spot also create in back side of my skull.i m facing hair fall while taking shower,combing ,removing hair I m also hypothyroid patience since 3 since 2 year thyroid test is recomend me something thats work ?.I m in too much ponetail becomes very thin like very thin rope. kindly suggestions me something which is surely worked .
