Under Feet Burning Spot Called Warts

Question

I have been feeling much pain under my feet when i woke up every morning. And there are small burning spot there also. I searched about it and found out that these are Called" Feet Warts". Now i have been looking for it's medication or any Ointment. Somewhere it was written that salicylic acid helps in going away these warts. Please suggest me something. Thanks in advance.
