Talk to Dermatologist on White Patch On Forehead

my 1.5 years old brother developed a white patch on forehead which gradually moved upwards and affected hair as well. i have tried dermosporin(clotrimazole) and later provate G and a sulphar bar but i dont see any progress other than the fact that the patch is no more itchy. i have been using thos medication for more than one and a half month. and over all this patch is 3 months old
