kindly, I have been facing general weaknesses, allergic issues, especially in cold weather, few weeks ago, gone through the blood test for lipid profile & testrone level, found high triglycerides arround 350 mg/dl, & testosterone level 1.82 ng/ml, do i just follow the general dietary plan or I should look for specialist?
