Talk to Endocrinologist on Contraceptives And Fertility

I had a miscarriage at 6th week , later I started using hormonal contraceptives (jaz) for almost 7,8months , I stoped afterwords .. but with the passage of time after 4 ,5 months I used ecp 4 times in last 2 years after yaz .. I am not on any sort of hormonal contraceptives from last 7months I might have used ecp once in last 7months .I want to know that does it have any long term effect on fertility ? If I want to conceive in next 5,6months can it create some sort of issues or it doesn’t have any long term effects on fertility . My other hormonal tests are just fine
