Assalam O Alaikum! Hope you're doing good. I am having a continuous depression from a long time because of some reasons. And last month i had primary amenorrhea (my cycle was delayed for 20 days) not sure about the reason if it was depression, physical stress, overwork or low heme level. it was just like spotting and this month i got my periods 5 days earlier than expected date. I am dizzy whole time from past three days. Kindly help me out to find a possible solution for my problem(s). Thank you!
