Talk to Endocrinologist on Diabetic Patient High Diabetes In Pregnancy

A 36 year diabetic type 1 women, using insulin Humulin N and R, 5 month pregnant, Her fasting sugar level is constantly above 200 to 300, since 3 months, her doctor is trying to manage by changimg units and thru diet by nutritionist. But there is no decrease in level. During the day level remains normal to low , sometimes drop to 50, and at 4 am iys usually low, but after taking almonds or biscuit, it reaches 280 at 8 am. Kindly suggest what should be done.
