Talk to Endocrinologist on Endometriosis And Infertility

Please accept my post sending 5th time.. I am endometriosis patient diagnosed in 2006 via laparoscopy. Again i am having 5cm cyst in left ovary. My afc level is 2 and df is 14 according to current report. I got married last year in age of 32. Dr advised ivf. Will it be effective with this large cyst or prior surgery is better option for ivf success?
