Talk to Endocrinologist on Fatigue, Weakness, Palpitations, Hair Loss, Vitamin Deficiency

I have had a lot of fatigue and weakness for some time. My whole body hurts, legs, knees , ankles, back, arms, etc. I am oversleeping for about 12 hours a day only because i am not able to get out of bed due to fatigue. My hair is falling like crazy, and strands of hair are falling every time i touch my hair. I feel a lot of numbness in my hands and feet, too frequently. I've got my tests done (CBC, Vitamin D, Serum calcium, serum iron, Vitamin b12, Ferritin) that i will attach here. My vitamin b12 and iron levels are low. Please suggest me appropriate supplementation for this. should i take it orally or get injections done? What's the adequate dosage? Also, i have ibs, so does it affect oral supplement absorption? Do guide. I'm a hostelite, so it's not very feasible or affordable for me to consult about it otherwise. Thanks.
