FSH 9 LH 15 Prolactin 245 Estradiol 218 Progestrone 0.8 TSH 2.9 TESTOSTERONE 0.8 I have missed periods , amenorrhoea from years , Dr prescribed Diane and primulat for 3 months Q: do these synthetic Harmones help me in regulating my raised LH FSH?? I m really worried. I don't want pill bleeds. As after that I do not have natural bleed.

In the light of raised FSH LH and ultrasound says big ovaries , amenorrhoea from years she prescribed. But I m not convinced as BC are not helpful .when u stop pills , ur actual Harmones comes back

You seem to have Hyoerprolactinaemia which is an actual cause of your menstrual problem.
Start taking Brotin 2.5mg half tablet twice a day. Then check PROLACTIN after a month.
