Treatment is surgical.

Gynecomastia (enlargement of male breast) needs thorough history, physical examination and hormonal work up. Treatment depends on the cause. I suggest you see a local endocrinologist.

sounds like gynaecomastia
need to examine u to see whether it is true gynecomastia or pseudogynaecomastia
then we will order specific tests to find the cause
