Talk to Endocrinologist on Medicine Taking Prescription

i am facing thyroid problem since 2022 during my infertility case first time it was 5.3 doctor suggest me thyroxine 50mcg 1 per day but after a week i left thyroxine because my husband is going back to abroad then again after a year i repeat again tsh then the reading 10.5 after that i taken properly thyroxine recently in August in pakistan i repeated tsh the reading was 11.65 from that to till if i miss thyroxine that will be only 10days maximum but now on 1st January in saudi arabia i repeat it again it was 52 i was shocked i didn't believe on result then again i repeated 4th jan from another lab the result was 31 that was also unbelievable because i am taking medicine properly i was taking vitamin d and k2 not any other medicine that affect on it.

can you suggest me what will be reason is it diet issue, sun exposure r other medications needed? suggest me how to take these medicine vitamin D+k2 feroglobin myo-inositol magnisium
