Talk to Endocrinologist on Overweight And Thyroid

1- what was her weight at birth ? How much weight is she gaining every month? What is her height? There can be several other hormonal causes of rapid weight gain.

2-TSH is usually high at birth, I like to know what was her TSH and free T4

She should be seen by local pediatrician first if needed should be referred to pediatric endocrinology

Where as Dr. Awais Masood has already asked you the questions. I think we would be better off if you send us a picture. There are several other factors such as her length, parental height, your diabetes status during pregnancy, etc. Babies continue to grow rapidly during these months. A typical eight-month-old boy can weigh between 15.5 and 22 pounds (8 to 10 kg). Girls tend to weigh half a pound less.
