Should I go to the gym/cardio or does it require medical treatment to remove pain from muscles? I stay exhausted and irritated.
I usually stay at home
If I eat my sugar level rises from 180 to 340 and within 3 or 4 hours it comes back to 140. I stopped taking sugar pill a day.
My uric acid is 4 or 4.5
My BP stays 130/85 to 140/106 and pulse 85
My vitamin D is 45
