Talk to Endocrinologist on Piles Are Giving Itching

i did checkup of piles back two months ago, after that things were better. but now it started itching now, the doctor confirmed me internal it is causing me daily problem, cause it bleeds just a drop or so, and this us problematic for me. i used Gtn back referenced by doctor, but it looks like it didnt work properly. I am using it again(GTN), should I go for checkip again? is there anyway to get rid of it, since It bothers me when sitting and stuff as well
