Talk to Endocrinologist on Questionable Weight, Hairiness, And Body Pains

Hello! For a long time, I've suffered from excessive hairiness (thick hair on the whole body, including on my upper lips and neck), as well as being overweight.

My diet is very minimal due to having a small appetite - for example, I don't usually eat breakfast and dinner, and snacking is very limited. But I'm still very overweight. Additionally, my body is always aching and I have stiff muscles.

Is this likely to be hypothyroidism? Or a mix with PCOS even? Is an endocrinologist best to see for this?
