i am diabetic patient.last week developed ulcer at leg fold . used moxifloxacin and fusidic acid cream.it has cured almost. but now i am getting another one at tailbone why ulcer are occuring frequently. they occur due to pressure or long sitting at the same position or some other reason? almost 10 days before was on isotretinoin and prednisolone for acne treatment.currently not using them bcz they delay healing and cause fluctuations in BSL.
