Talk to Endocrinologist on Sweaty Hands N Feets

I am facing sweating problem since my childhood..I am having sweating either its winter or summer even when ac n fans are on..its really ambarrasing.. kindly please suggest treatment or any good doc in karachi who deal with this issue
