i have a clogged nose issue i am using xylometazoline nasal spray for about 5 months if I don't use it my nose become clogged and i am unable to breathe and very uncomfortable during night ... my sleep gets disturb.. but it now start to happen in daytime also...

aoa. please stop using this spray asap. it is the main reason of the problem. u have now developed rhinitis medicamentosa. i would suggest u to visit an ent specialist and get yourself examined.
