Every winter comes with flu and allergies for me, m suffering since 2,3 years, every October I get flu, not just flu it comes with the cough too, I went through check up of ENT (Sohail Ahmed), he said u have allergies in ur blood n gave me medicine for 2 weeks but m same as the 1st day, I don't know what to do, plz help me

Thank you for asking. Ur symptoms shows u have seasonal allergy. It gets worse if u also have DNS. Unfortunately there is no 100 % cure for allergy. We can supress it with the help of anti allergy medicines. I recommend u to get your nose examined. If u have DNS, get it corrected by surgery. Use non sedative anti allergies for longer period of time atleast 2 to 3 months continusly. Use nose mask if u ride motorbike and avoid dust and pollution. Inhale steam daily twice a day. Hopefully these measured will help you in reducing ur allergic symptoms.
