My back of mouth has become red and I feel itchy or discomfort there not exactly pain. No fever or any other symptom except headache. Headache is persistent and bilateral. I feel post nasal drip also but not sure. Attaching the pictures. Kindly tell me how to relieve the headache and itchy feeling in mouth
