As-Salamu Alaykum. who told u there is no earwax inside. that person needs to get his eyes checked.
there is wax. but cant be sure about ur eardrum. feom what i can see by zooming u did some real work inside with something made a cut too. plzz dont put any drops inside until and unless u get a physical consultation. for this case never go for online consultation. first get a physical consultation and then subsequent online if its feasable.

there is a time for eardrum to spontaneously heal after that......it becomes chronic and surgery is inevitable.
so many things to tell.
either get consultation if u want detailed knowledge. but i can only tell u about the causes and what u want to know. even after that physical consultation is still a must. instrument is required to be sure of the eardrum status.
