I am 4 months pregnant, have excessive saliva issue from the second month of my pregnancy. But now in the end of 4th month during midnight whenever I get up due to excessive saliva in my mouth to spit it, i saw there was blood too in the saliva and it was red also i have pain in the throat at that time and sometimes mouth was a little dry. Is it normal during pregnancy due to hypersalivation issue or not?
