Talk to Ent Specialist on Central Medium Ear Perforation

17 days ago on 9th Oct I got slaped on left ear. That damaged my eardrum and caused Central medium Ear perforation(hole) . I did antibiotic course . No infection, nothing happened. Alhamdulilah. But my eustachian tube is not working properly and i think it doesn't drain the fluid accumulated during sleeping. After I wakeup my ear is heavy and muffled. I am concerned about this reply.Pls guide ASAP. I will visit for analysis too . Any ENT here pls reply. thank u!!
Who told you that there is a whole in eardrum? Have you visited an ENT clinic?
For now take Tab kestine 10 mg once daily & Rinoclenil nasal spray 2 puffs twice daily for one week. This will reduce your Eustachian tube related problem. Also, chewing gum will help.

I am taking danzen morning and evening dose. Is there any reknowned Dr that I can visit in Gujranwala or Lahore. If you have any idea somehow. And with eustachian tube not working properly . will the healing process slow down and lead to infection.?

AoA. Middle ear perforation should be kept dry from water and it can heal in upto three months. You might be developing an infection and this needs examination by ENT specialist
