Cough With Throat Ache

Asslam o Alaikum Dr
My wife is suffering from cough since 2 months. we had checkup with specialist and he prescribed the attached medicn (please have a look). She is taking that medicn since 1 month but no avail. Coz the medicn has very short term effects (even 12 hours) then same coughing situation. means till she took medicn she is ok but then back to same. Now she feels throat ache while coughing. I am really worried for her. Please recommend me something e.g medicn or  any test like HRTC etc  before going to pulmonologist (if needed)

leflox will not help. MNTK will help only 10 percent.
