Talk to Ent Specialist on Crickets Sounds In The Ears

I have been hearing this sound for too many years, more than 8 years. But this sound can be heard more clear when its winters. This really disturbs me. Sometimes to knock it off i have to turn on ceiling fan in the winters. Whats this can anybody tell about this? And onething more, once in a day i experience a push. Its like someone pushes you very fast i can feel it in my brain.
