Talk to Ent Specialist on Cyst And Low RDW And Platelet Count

Assalam o alikum. I’ve small cyst like structure on my face near my ear from last 2 to 3 years, now it started causing headache and fatigue (i guess this cyst is the reason). So i went to doctor. She diagnosed it as a cyst and they said that it needs to be removed through minor procedure. For what they asked me to perform few lab tests. I just received those lab tests, my platelets are abnormal(106k) same is with RDW (15.9fL) . I am feeling very unwell since last month. I feel fatigue, laziness and bleeding with stools(not much). Now i want to know the reason? Is all of this is because of that cyst? Or low platelet count is the reason? And why my platelet count is decreasing? I don’t smoke or consume alcohol etc
