I suffered from fever, cold, bad cough etc. back in January, due to which I lost my sense of smell and taste then. I partially got my taste back after some time (still not like it was before) but now experiencing weird sense of smell (parosmia), and dealing with a bad taste from each food with a strong foul smell. It resembles like something rotten. I also feel some smell in my throat. How to treat it?
Do you feel any difficulty in swallowing food especially solids?
Aoa ! Do you have any previous medical history ? or using any kind of medicine ?

consult any good ENT surgeon, barium swallow may be advised to rule out a disease called Zenker's diverticulum ( your symptoms suggest this disease).

I mainly have distorted sense of smell problem. Difficulty in swallowing is very minimal (which I think is due to seasonal sore throat) so I want to restore my sense of smell which I think is due to post-Covid
