Talk to Ent Specialist on Don't Know If I've A Hearing Issue Or Not.

I have this problem where mostly my ears don't naturally push out the wax and even when they do, the left one rarely does it. It causes low hearing. I've tried two ENTs, they both gave me glycerine drops and said it's just earwax. It only melts away the earwax, my problem is it doesn't reset it. Like, my earwax still doesn't push out normally.
