Talk to Ent Specialist on Dry Cough And Breathing Issues With Joint Pain

I am having breathing issues. If I breathe through my mouth it feels okay, but if I breathe through my nose I have difficulty. I also always feel phlegm in my throat, and because of this my throat sometimes feels dry and scratchy. I have a dry cough too, along with mild stomach pain and joint pain. The tip of my tongue looks brownish, and I have bad breath. I’ve been dealing with the dry cough and these symptoms on and off constantly.
