Assalam o alaikum. I have this new weird issue that I am unable to find online. When I blow my mouth with air, mujhe ear k neeche kuch air blow hota howa feel horaha hai. Like kuch balloon sa jis mai air jarahi hai. and mai jab mouth se air nikal dun tou wo udhar se b air nikla jati hai magar thori dair k lye pressure/tightness se feel hota hia. Ye aaj huwa hai, aur usse phle ek baar last week. Usse phele kabhi b life mai nahi hwa... (Pic for reference on what I mean blow air inside my mouth. PS: I do this regularly as part of face yoga.) Please help me in this regard.

what i got from your symptoms is that u r performing kind of valsalva manuever and this feeling of air is normal in this manuever results in opening of eustachian tube which is normal part of is closed and opens during pressure changes so its normal and if you still feel worried for it then u can get your self examined by nearest ent specialist..
