Over the past two years, I have been significantly bothered by the chirping of crickets. To block out this noise, I've been using earplugs or earbuds. However, wearing these causes my ears and eyeballs to ache, and I also experience tension in my neck muscles. I consulted two doctors. Initially, one doctor identified a wound in my ear, and later, another prescribed multivitamins. Despite these interventions, the problem persists. I have Spina bifida myelomeningocele history.

ENT doctor treated me twice but the problem is still as it is ... am so much disturb from cricket chirping and still whenever I wear any earplug or earpod I experience neck muscles tension, ear pain and eyeballs pain

Meanwhile you take any good painkillers like tablet Ibuprofen 400mg 1+1,tablet.Nuberol forte 1+1,Cap.Risek 40mg 1+0,do exercises not vigorously but try to make your muscles move actively,for headache and eyeball pain,painkillers will help.
