Talk to Ent Specialist on Ear Blockage With Sharp Pain, Right Side DNS, Nose Blockage

It's been 16-17 months since my ears are blocked. They get open with a puck sound and get closed right away. I went to few ENT specialists they said you have right side DNS, surgery isn't necessary at the moment and your ears are perfectly fine however you have Patulous ETD which is not a big issue, and also has no cure since it's not an issue at all.

On the other hand, my symptomps are

Heavy ear pressure (80% on the right side) with throbbing pain moving towards the right side head, heaviness, fullness in the head, ear pops up and closes again with knocking/puck sounds and sometimes keep blocking. This pressure remains on the right side but shifts towards the LEFT side for few hours in a 24 hour period. And right nostril is blocked, not able to take breath through it.

I am not able to focus anything because of this painful condition and My life has become miserable. I can't focus on my job even on anything. Also, having major sleep issues too.
