Talk to Ent Specialist on Ear Clogging At One Particular Place.

I’m 22 years old final year medical students. I go to wards for rotation. But there’s one specific ward/unit where ears always gets clogged. But this is the first time I’m experiencing clogged ears, and when I breath or talk then I feel the sensation or breathing voice in my ear. Only 1 ear is getting clogged again and again only in that ward but it goes away after 2-3. Hours. What could be the reason, kindly guide it gets really difficult to attend ward with clogged ear.
