Talk to Ent Specialist on Ear Infection/pain

I have history of fungal ear infection i used to get infected because of any kind of water or humidity. It stopped and got better for two years but now i don’t know how this happened but just two days before my left ear got blocked and after a while it started hurting around the area. It has been paining me since then around the ear behind the ear and i feel pressure to the upwards of my head and downwards of my neck. It hurts to move my head to the right. Whenever i got infected doctors gave me cipocaine drops and cipotic-d and they used to work well and also helped with the pain. So can you suggest me before i can get to visit what drops or medicine i can use for the pain?
