Salam doctors. I went for upper ear piercing 4 months ago. since then i have been applying polyfax plus and nothing else. lekin ye theek hi nahi ho raha. There is pain and swelling on both ear. The infection is not getting any better and i cant even change the earring due to the pain. The piercing is open and i move the earring many times a day but the infection never gets better. please help.

it has got severe infection involving inside cartilage. please all ornaments from this site. Use antibiotics and topical ointments for 10 days. once it is healed then u can use ornaments.
