Asking for Wife, Female, 25 years old, Lahore
My wife had vertigo problem 3 years ago. Now the same problem occurs but the intensity is less. Main problem is that she is expecting and cant take that medicine(SERC) which was used before. What should be the alternative to treat that problem.

looks like benign positional vertigo. a detailed history and examination should help confirm the diagnosis. if this is the diagnosis then Epleys manouvre can help with medication. better to go to a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and get a knowhow about this exercise. Still BPV can recur so may need meds intermittently

I have experience pts with vertigo n also have nasal obstruction after using NasalSpray for 4 weeks with exercise of head and neck the symptoms were subsided

The duration, frquency n relation of each episode of vertigo to ur body position is important. Vertigo means either things around u feel revolving around u or u feel yourself revolving.
