well do you feel any hearing loss?any nasal allergy?how's the nose patency?both sides.
you feel any post nasal drip that can be from nasal allergy.

maxillary sinus no air fluid level seems fine.frontal sinus is fine too

chronic allergy.
take some regular steam for two weeks.and regular nasal douching like you do for wuzu.dont use cold water for wuzu.

what u say galaxy Mai Belgum ATA rahta hai most probably that's post nasal drip one of chronic allergy signs.
