Talk to Ent Specialist on ENT

Assalamualaikum I've been dealing with this issue for more than three years now. My ears feel clogged, as if something is inside them. I don't have any hearing problems or other symptoms. I've visited several ENT doctors, but they've all said my ears are fine, with no issues. However, I still feel like there's a problem, especially when I eat—it becomes much more clogged. Could this be Eustachian Tube Dysfunction or something related to my sinuses? I'm exhausted from seeing doctors who don't seem to understand the issue. Can anyone help me figure out what might be wrong?
