I am Xynosine nasal spray dependent I feel severe difficulty in breathing if i don't use spray ,especially my right nostril mostly remain block.Please provide me with suitable prescription. Thanks
Firstly, stop using xynosine, shift to any steroidal nasal sprays, and get yourself evaluated by an ENT Specialist

If there is DNS or ghadood then these need to be corrected by surgery as u have severe obstruction issue but first get rid of xynosine use tab arinac fort bd fo r 5 days and norsaline nasal spray 3 puffs 4 to five times a day 1 month and rhinoclenil nasal spray two puffs once or twice a day for whole month it will work steadily so dont discontinue. Also take steam and vicks inhalation before going to before going to bed for a few days
if you are facing blockage in nostril than you have nasal polyps it need video consultancy ..
do you feel sneezing in the morning or post nasal dripping

most probably when a patient have difficulty in breathing then must have a nasal polyp in it which cause difficulty in breathing you can check it by putting your one hand finger into your left nostrils and take the breath inside and then breath outside if you face difficulty in inhaling or exhaling on either side contain polyp .. one of the main symptom is snoring while sleeping
