Assalamu alaykum.sir 3 days ago i had sneezings and flu.Since then i feel pain wave in mid of skull when i do coughing or prostrate.It seems sinusitis.Kindly advise antibiotic since i want to immediately recover because of my job issue.I am chronic Ibs patient mostly diarehea predominant.Not taking any medicines for Ibs now.

Dear I cannot prescribe antibiotic like this. You may have sinusitis you need to attend some ENT Consultant to get proper medication. Antibiotic alone is usually not the solution.

i would recommend that you visit me or any ENT specialist nearby for proper history and examination.
till then start xylometazoline nasal spray 3 puffs each nostril twice a day and take plenty of steam.

sir i get phlegm nasal issues and ibs d loose motions simultaneously

Headache would be due to severe cough which might be caused by allergic irritants if it is dry, I mean not productive of yellow or green sputum. If so, avoid irritants like dust or cold air and use bronchodilator n anti-allegy medicines. If cough is productive only then u will have to use antibiotics. Prof Dr Riaz Ch
